We bought this new TV on the basis that Sanyo was a good product name. How disappointed then when we realised what poor box technology this set has. Programme changing by remote was slow, unpredictable or even unresponsive. No programme info available was the norm unti the set was rebooted when it magically appeared - for a short while. Although we had no complaints about picture or sound quality, the performance of the box drove us to distraction and Asda have now replaced it with a Sony which is as brilliant, reliable and quick as the Sanyo was unreliable slow and erratic.
