I bought this TV in second hand condition to be used as a second set in the house, I had a bargain and paid just £19 for it on Ebay but others of the same model are being sold for around £50.
It's a 22" TV so perfectly suited for my spare room.
Set up was simple and intuitive, the Sharp TV has all the necessary ports to allow me to connect the rest of my tech but due to the age is lacking a USB port so I've had to purchase adaptors to get around this.
The colours, picture and sound are very good and far better than expected. The built in Freeview doesn't work well even though I have a strong aerial fitted but this doesn't concern me as I have Sky Multi Room and that works as perfectly on this set as on the main TV in the lounge.
The bulky remote is very old fashioned in appearance and I had to pay £12 to replace the one that came with my TV as it was broken. It is typical Sharp design and very simple to use for my viewing and also to change any settings in the TV menus.
This TV is recommended if you can find one at a price similar to what I paid, with the cheap price of TVs now I wouldn't pay much more as this is an old model that although works well is not particularly pleasing to the eye. It is more than adequate for my needs and I am happy with my purchase despite the few minor annoyances that owning a TV of this age comes with.
