I bought this Sharp LC-42X20E last year and am extremely happy with its looks, and more importantly its performance. A sleek black elegant border and slim design shows off the picture quality to its best effect without any distractions. I have seen a lot of LCD screens in the shops but when I saw this one it just blew me away with its picture quality. for a new room we have just done up. We wanted a large tv which played HD in full 1080P and looked good on the wall. We eventually found this Sharp Aquos and loved it. We saw it in a retail shop and the price was £1999.99 which is alot. We were going to buy it anyway but we went home just to check over its spec etc. We then found one of those sites which compares prices and we found one going for £1450 including VAT and postage. At first we were a bit worried about buying things like this online but the site had excellent ratings so we did it. We paid for it and we didn t expect it to arrive for another week or so but 2 days later it was here brand new in its box. We ...

The Sharp aquos LC-42XD1E is a perfect TV. Altough at first 42" seems very daunting if you have a medium-large size room it does not take over and goes very well. As soon as you turn this TV on the picture and sound quality hits you in the face with a BANG the people look so "real" although you may think this of your own TV you do not realise it till you see this television. The sliq modern design is very flattering, it is not very large on the back and from the front looks flat screen. The curved bottom makes it very aesthetically pleasing.
