Premium Review Super Sharp TV that cost us just £400 (350 words)
by gaz856 - written on 19/05/09 (Very useful, 25 readings)
Rating:

We bought ours in Jun 08 from Stax Trade Centre in Manchester for £500 inc VAT. At that time Sharp were also running a promotion in which when you filled out the registration card they would also give you £100 cash back and a 5 year warranty. Thus a month later we got a cheque for £100 and the TV had only cost us £400. Having looked around the web I couldnt find a deal better than that. The closest was around the £525 mark. The TV itself is brilliant. Its a 32in screen which is just big enough for us, most people I talk to say you want at least 37" and upwards, but having watched everything and anything from soaps, films, sports and loose women, we find it to ...

to ask myself was buying a tv really worth paying nearly a grand for.No thats what i thought as well. I then spotted what i thought was a bargin,a 32 widescreen lcd tv for £549.00 well i thought thats nearly half the price of the rest so i bought it there and then.It was from woolworths.I will not say the name of the tv in case i upset someone who has one.So after that statement you might of quessed the tv was crape. So it went straight back. I then went back to the internet and found the tv i have now.And WOW this tv is just out of this world.I will put all the spec down in a minute i just what to tell you a little about it. Premium Review If your after an LCD Televison, take a look at Sharp! (303 words)

I bought this TV to replace a 25 inch 4:3 CRT JVC TV in our living room. The TV is 32 inch widescreen which is HD ready to 720p/1080i. It s not fully 1080p HD compatible however. I have not used any HD material or footage on this screen yet, however, I have to report that it is excellent when showing standard defintion footage through Sky Digital and Panasonic DVD via one of the two RGB scart sockets. Colours are bright and crisps and motion is handled excellently thanks to the very fast 6ms reponse time. Blacks are very good and avoid a lot of the greying over that some screens can have. An adjustable backlight and black stretch enable you to get this really decent ...
