my ecperience of this TV was a short one of about 2 weeks while the Panasonic was being repaired but the only good thing I can say is the Sharp was better than nothing. Has taught me a lesson though. My local TV supplier has always offered to bring a new TV and install in in my own living room on an approval basis but I ve never taken advantage of the offer. For this amount of spend I don t think I will pass on it in future, on the face of it the Sharp sounds like a decent set but that s probably just the sales ...

would need to be turned off then on again, I am now into my 23rd month of owning this tv (i say tv loosely) and it will not come out of stand by, i have just got off the phone with supprt at SHARP UK who funnily enough feel i have had a good run with this tv, are not concerned with repairing it, and in there own way advised i buy a new tv.
