I've always been a bit of a Sony fan, if i'm looking for electrical goods then Sony is always the first place I look. I didn't want to spend a lot on a tv so I didn't have high hopes of getting anything of great quality. I was pleasantly suprised when I came across the KDL32V4000, it was sleek, stylish and best of all, it was in my price range. I hunted around for the best deal and ended up buying it from amazon for a very reasonable £379.99, this also included a 3 year warranty.

When I got it home I found it was very easy to set up, the stand simply slotted into the back and only a few screws were needed to hold it in place. The digital tuning and set up was very quick and easy and I was watching the built in freeview within 15 minutes of getting it home.

I've found the tv's built in 'Theatre' mode very good for watching films. A press of this button dims the brightness and makes the picture quality more soothing making it perfect for viewing when the lights are out. The V4000 also offers a wide range of connectivity through its VGA, Scart and HDMI ports. I connect mine to my laptop with a VGA cable and the sound and picture quality never fail to impress me.

Overall I was very impressed with all the features, the remote is very easy to use and the built in tv guide is great for keeping you up to date with all the programs on the vast range of built in channels.
