Reason for purchase My old television was in a terrible state but we kept it until the screen no longer worked! As we bought it years and years ago, we were behind with features such as widescreen and LCD. My dad decided we would get a good quality new TV. After a couple hours spent searching online, the Sony Brava 37" LCD KDL - 37P3020 was our choice. We bought it on the 29th of November 2007 and have experienced no problems with it. They do say LCD TV s do not give you the reflection of light that the old TV s did. I cannot vouch for all LCD TV s but this one certaintly lives up to this expectation. We were also worried by the rumours that an image can burn itself onto the screen if there for a while. In our house we tend to have the discovery channel on all of the time, and up until now there is no evidence of burnt images. Please ensure that you set the TV up where you hope to keep it - yes it weighs less than the old analogue TVs (about 18KG) but the size of it (H68.6 x ...
