The latest offering from Sony.
Well, lets get started, as soon as i connected the set to the ariel connection, I noticed the new menu system (akin to the ps3). This is far more intuitive and very cutting edge than any other menu set up out there.
When it comes to the picture quality, words cant't quite justify the level of contrast on diplay here fokes! With the brand new LED back lighting it basically means you tend to get far more, richer, deeper truer shades come through the lcd panel than ever before.
Take for example when you set it up to the ps 3, I played on Uncharted 2 and played solid for 2'5 hrs, the detail on drakes shirt, and it swayed in the wind was mind blowing. I used to have a Panasonic with freesat 1080 100hz, (a lovel set) but the 2 main factors that pip this to the post are, clour/contrast and DETAIL ! !
The sound is about as solid as you can ever expect to get from an LED (largely due to the fact that the chasis 's are very thin therfore the sound cone's, that produce the vibrations have to be small, and lack any bass!)
A cracking set well worth a look.....solid freeview tuner to boot, as is expected from Sony these days.
