becoming old technology. After searching for a plasma screen under £1000 we gave up and decided to look at rear projection screens as they do seem to be considerably cheaper in terms of pound per inch. I was apprehensive of buying such a large television but was finally talked around by my husband who used the little boy lost look to perfection when I tried to put my foot down. He decided that £725 for a 50" HD ready rear projection display would improve the look of our lounge and provide us both with hours of entertainment. When it was delivered I have to admit I was shocked by the sheer size of the box. It was a very tight squeeze when it came to bringing inside, ...

after much searching of the internet to find the best deal for the biggest TV we could fit through the door. I had my heart set on a 50 inch rear projection after seeing a similar Samsung version in John Lewis but was determined that I wasn t going to part with more than £1,000 on a TV. After much searching I managed to find the Sony Bravia 50inch rear projection HD ready TV on www.argos.co.uk for only £899.99 with a free stand and free delivery. The first thing to strike you on delivery is the sheer size of the TV, with all of the packaging it does literally take three men to deliver it, despite the total weight being only 30 kilograms however the stand weighs a ...

You might have already read from a couple of my previous reviews that several weeks ago I won about £10,000 worth of Sony electrical equipment and I am still in the process of getting dooyoo to add the products and then getting round to reviewing them so this is taking me a while. Anyway the item I will be reviewing today was probably the highest value thing that I won; a Sony KF 50SX200 Television. Now the blurb stated on the packaging states that it is a Grand Wega model ? slimline widescreen 50? LCD rear projection TV with Digital Constant Image, DRC picture technology and Virtual Dolby Surround Sound. So basically in English it is a very large television with a ...
