Sony KDL-32S3020 ... paint on the remote has started to wear away to reveal a rather cheap looking gray plastic, considering i have only been using the TV for a year i think this is a bit bad. The picture quality is very very good, i used the THX set up DVD to get the settings correct, and this makes a real difference to the picture. The sound quality of the TV is OK, but a little quiet for larger rooms. The TV features a whole host of outputs on the back including two HDMI outs, which is a real plus, and an advantage over many other TV s in this price range which only offer 1. Sony KDL-40W5500 ... my trusty Trinitron (literally) went pop, I turned to amazon for my next TV purchase, having been impressed with their service and good prices over the years. I was looking for a 37" W series Sony Bravia but as this model was only £10 more expensive (£759.99) , it would have been rude not to go for the bigger screen. Despite specifying next day delivery, it actually took three days to arrive (via Citylink) but the extra £8.80 charge was politely and promptly refunded within three hours of my inquiry. Sony KDL-32V4000 ... KDL-32v4000 I spent a lot of time researching for an all-round tv that combined good build quality, sound, hdmi output and most of all price. We all know Sony are a great companyand they fail to disappoint here. Although this model has been surpassed by new improved models this is still a fantastic piece of kit. I brought mine from Play.com for 329 pounds. Which for a 32in Sony 1080i output with internal digi box is a steal. I also have a ps3 hooked up with a hdmi cable. The first blu ray film I watched was a surreal experience! I felt like my eyes couldn t keep up with all the detail and the colours. This leads to the next bonus - the contrast ratio.
