The Toshiba 37XV635DB has a lot of features for the price of £550 which in my opinion makes it really good value for money for a branded good looking LCD TV. I like the glossy Toshiba styling and thin frame. This TV has 100hz meaning you get a smooth nice flowing picture and with full hd 1080p & upscaling of freeview and hdmi inputted content this is a great sharp quality TV. The TV has 4 hdmi ports which is more than enough for a blu-ray player, ps3 and sky+ hd. I shopped around a lot before choosing this TV as I wanted one that would do everything I needed and at a reasonable price. I finally purchased it from Amazon as this was where it was available for the best price (and Amazon's free delivery) when I bought it. I found quite a lot of confusion between the 37XV503 and the 37XV505 models when I was choosing a TV - the only difference I can establish is that the 503 has a black surround while the 505 is silver though there may be more to it than this.
