technology and i confess i don t understand half of the spec but after a bit of online research and a bit of advice from people, i stumbled across this Toshiba Regza 37AV615DB. I also found it at a very reasonable price (for a good tv, apparently) in store at Richer Sounds for a little under £450. Comparing this with other similar tv set prices which could go up to over £1000, this tv is definately one for the money consious people. So when i got it home, it was easy to set up. my present from a couple of years ago of feeding tigers by hand! For example for our Christmas present to one another we bought a mirror for over the mantelpiece in the lounge at our cottage. For my birthday last November Dave was initially going to buy a DVD player for the bedroom but what we eventually decided was to get rid of the huge old TV in the spare bedroom, move the flat screen TV from our room to the spare room and get a slightly larger combined TV and DVD player for our room. I purchased the Toshiba 32ZP18P about 2 months after it came out having previously owned a 32Z17P(the pro-logic model) The difference in quality of both sound and picture is very impressive. This model has a beautiful modern sleek appearance with the four satellite speakers totally separate from the screen enabling it to give a wider sound stage than normally possible. I have it connected to digital sky, VCR and a Playstation 2 and I use it to play CD's and listen to the radio, the sound reproduction is that good.
