Having purchased this TV roughly six months ago, I can confidently say that I'm pleased with the result. With it being my first high-definition television, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but the improvement in picture quality is instantly recognisable from standard definition. With support for full 1080p, the Toshiba LV713B is great for watching Blu-Ray films, and the 32" size is perfect for a bedroom or small living room; if buying for a bigger living area or any large room, it might be worth checking out the 40" or 42" varieties, but the 32" can certainly do the job.
One of the best features of the TV - but also one that leads into its main disadvantage - is the built-in Freeview. There's no need to fuss about with a separate box, but for those who live in areas that don't have very strong signal strengths it's almost crucial to purchase a signal booster aerial if you want to watch channels like Dave or E4 (or basically anything that isn't one of the five main terrestial channels). I purchased mine for £12 from a local electronics store and it does the job perfectly, so this isn't a huge extra investment if you're willing to pay the ~£250 for the TV in the first place.
Overall, this is a solid purchase and a great buy for the price. Perfect for enjoying full-fledged HD movies, playing console games, or even (like me) using it's PC input device to utilise it as a large PC monitor. A recommended buy for anyone looking to get their hands on a decent HD TV without having to fork out huge amounts of cash for the pleasure.
