Whether this was an issue with this particular TV or an issue with them all i am unsure as i was not offered a replacement but a refund hence why i then upgraded to the zv635db. Before these issues arose i was very pleased with the TV as it had a crisp clear picture and the sound was fine. It is a very stylish design and simple to use and assemble.
