We have just bought this TV for the front room downstairs. All of our other TV s in the house are samsungbut after seeing this TV next to the Samsung we decided it was a better picture and it was cheaper! The Tv is very good quality. It is Full HD which means it can run things like a PS3 and a Sky Hd box in 1080p. Some TV s may say they are HD ready but that isnt the same quslity as Full HD. If you are planning on having a HD DVD player or something like that then you need a Full HD tv. If you are not fussed about HD then simply buy a TV that is Hd ready and you will save a bit of money or you can get a bigger one for the same price! If the HD thind confuses you just ...

Rating:
PVR satellite receiver connected to it via HDMI and the HD quality is excellent. When switching the set on, it automatically selects the last input source which is great. No need to select the HDMI input. The TV is a little slow to turn on. However, as it uses less that 1watt in stand bye this is a small price to pay! I guess we will have this issue on many energy efficient televisions in the future. The Freeview EPG is clear and easy to use. Overall a well designed set with an excellent picture quality. Highly ...

the first generation of HD TV s to hit the market and wanted to upgrade not only the size of the screen, but the pixel resolution too. in a nutshell, what attracted me to this television set was the fact that it can display a true HD image, also known as 1080p. This, number basically represents 1080 lines being progressively displayed on a screen at any one time. If you were also one of the adopters of the earlier HD LCD TV s like me, chances are would be that your screen only display s images upto 1080i. This is using less lines on the screen because the images are interlaced. So, what s the difference- a slight improvment in screen quality, but only just. So, ...
