I am really impressed with this television. It has a superb picture and good sound. Setting up was easy. It quickly found the analogue and digital (Freeview) channels. The initial colour was too red for my taste, but this was soon corrected by the easy to use menu. Switching between analogue channels is very easy as there is a dedicated button on the remote control. Not that I use this much of course! The remote is very easy to use, although the first one that I had was faulty and I had to get a replacement. I have a Humax HD freesat PVR satellite receiver connected to it via HDMI and the HD quality is excellent. When switching the set on, it automatically selects the last ...

Pricewise, it seemed to be very competitive and its performance was highly rated. I m very loyal to Toshiba anyway, especially when it comes to televisions and DVD players. I ve always found them to be a very trustworthy brand, with few, if any breakdowns and excellent quality. I didn t want or need anything larger than 15" for the kitchen but I did want Freeview.
