As televisions go I can hardly say this is one of the best i've had. After our old TV blew up at Christmas we decided to be adventurous and go for a digital model. In hindsight I wish we had done more research because if we had I would not have got this televison. There are a number of faults that I can think of. First is the two-second delay between pressing the button on the remote and anything happenning on the screen, frustrating if all you want to do is flick through the channels. Bought this from John Lewis. The features on this is amazing. PiP, Split Screen, PC input, HD Readt, built-in digital and analouge TV. PiP: The picture in picture feature is good if your watching TV whilst on the PC or watching two TV programs. Adjustable size for the smaller screen and can be place in differnet corners. Split screen: Same as the PiP feature, but halves the screen so the two feeds are the same size. You can connect virturally anything to this TV. Comes with various adapters for connecting appliances. The menu system and changing input source is slow, but not enough to be annoying. Digital/Analouge TV tunes in quickly ...

Luckily they had a good stock and the fact that the packaging is not at all bulky means it is the type of product you can take away with you there and then. The Toshiba is silver in colour as is the trend at the moment and has a screen size of 17" and is widescreen shaped although all other screen formats are easily switched to using the remote control. What s in the box? Well apart from the TV there is the mandatory remote control and instruction booklet. Wire wise the ...
