the remote and the tv screen takes you through it. Believe me if i can do it, anyone can. It takes you step by step. For a large tv, its 46 inches its quite light and thin, and with no bulky back looks mimimalistic and modern. We bought glass stand as felt it looked better at eye level, but it can be wall mounted. Toshiba are also very good if any problems arise, not that we ve needed it with this tv but from past experiences. The only downside is keeping the screen clean, but this is common with all the lcds and plasmas.
