LG L1720B ... LGL1720B has been out for some time, and wouldn t feature on most peoples wish lists of technology; it doesn t have DVI, it s only a 17" monitor, and by modern standards looks slightly bulky. However, I m still using mine, for the simple reason that it is a very good monitor who s looks suit the office environment. The image quality is good, even when connected using a VGA connection, and the native resolution of 1,280 by 1,024 offers plenty of space on screen. It struggles to look good next to my 22" Samsung connected via DVI, but you wouldn t expect it to. Hanns.G HW173A ... Hanns.G HW173A is a great purchase if you are on a budget pc build or simply cant afford anything over £70.00. Really you should expect to pay more for a 17" widescreen monitor if you want crisp high aspect ratios and low respnse times, But for around £60 this is fantastic value for money. the screen size is a bit small for games and films but is really good if all you are doing is surfing the web and word processing. unfortuantely it is only equipped with one VGA port so as i sed earlier you will not really be able to watch HD movies on it or play games. Dell W1700 17" ... W1700 17" HDTV (Dell TV) I bought the Dell TV around two years ago for £200! And so far it has been the best 17 inch TV I have ever used. It plays up to 720p. And can be also used as a monitor! It could be used in an office or anywhere! Ports on the Dell TV On the left side of the TV there is a Arieal port, Composite port, S-Video port, Component HD port and Left and Right audio ports ( For Component HD audio). On the Back there is a Composite port! On the bottom of the TV at the back there is a Scart port, VGA HD port, PC Audio port and a DVI port!
