LG W2042T-SF ... in August 2007 I purchased my computer and was supplied with a bog standard 18inch TFT monitor, I don t even know what make it was as the box it came in was not labeled. At the beginning of this year the monitor started to become very hard to turn on, I would have to press the power button for up to five minutes before the screen worked so it was time to purchase a new monitor. I didn t want to spend a lot on my monitor so after browsing around various sites I settled on this monitor and purchased it from amazon.co.uk for the price of £91.99 back in February (today it is listed at £156 and £199 depending on the seller and item you click on). The monitor was very e... Read the full review: My first encounter with LG, Looking Good! by lilmissmup |

Viewsonic Optiquest Q201wb ... not much can be said about this monitor, it s a top notch LCD. The image is nice and crisp when optimal resolution is used, the response time is beyond words, the matrix will provide that without equivoque. So gamers will need to look into this monitor. Luminosity is very good, so is the contrast. I would like some more gamut out of it ... so not recommended for those who s sweet tooth are dug into graphic editing. The view angles are good, I have yet to experience problems on this point of view. The plastic frame is solid, the plastic which it is made out of is of good quality, all tho I have seen better in my time. The panel itself is not the best in one point of v... Dell Ultrasharp 2009W ... use this monitor at my work, and I am very happy with it. I find that this monitor has a very crisp picture, and is big enough for me to look at all day. I have my setting on a 1024 x 768 setting, but there is also a 1280 x 1024 that gives it an even more crisp picture. The border of the monitor is very thin, which is good because it takes up less space on your desk The settings are pretty straight forward. The buttons are on the bottom right hand side of the monitor, and you have the options to change the brightness, contrast, positioning, color, etc. The only problem I had with the monitor is the power button. I have to turn my monitor on and off a lot when I leave ... Read the full review: A great flatscreen monitor by scmk55 |
