The various settings (movie, games, standard etc) are easy enough to switch between ,and there's an auto detect function that selects the most appropriate setting (although that can be a bit off). All in all, an amazing value monitor (especially for those looking to make the first steps into flat screen monitors) and to get wiescreen at this price is amazing. I bought an Acer PC a while back, but still had a huge CRT monitor which was just eating power and taking up loads of space. I saw the model down from this in Argos, but after some hunting around, found this model on Amazon for the same price. Delivery time was great (before the estimated date), setup was easy enough (just plug and play, probably because I have an Acer PC), although I get the feeling I might need to tweak the settings a bit to get the most out of it.
