I currently use this monitor on my work PC and it's quite a simple modern design with no frills.
The image quality isn't anything special, but I really don't think this is needed for a work PC.
If you're looking at getting some sort of Media PC, you may want to look at alternatives with a glossy screen, as this can appear as quite dull at times and if watching a film on full-screen, any 'dark' scenes can appear very pixellated due to the low contrast ratio.
It's overal quite a cheap, no frills monitor which looks great. don't be put off by the fact there are 'no frills' with this monitor, it's great for spreadsheets and general day to day use. I've had this monitor a while now and had no issues with setting it up and it hasn't 'crashed' on me, yet.
If yuo want something for under £100, 19" is a good size screen, this is a good one to get
