I am not very pleased at the moment, I bought this monitor 1 year ago with a 3 year warranty. It worked fine until a month ago when the power suddenly went out. I did everything to isolate the problem, and followed manufacturer reboot procedures to no avail. One day on a whim I tried it out with a different power cord...viola! It worked... for a while then went back out. I found out that it is a carry in warranty with only one repair depot in TEXAS. Acer now expects me to pay to ship it to Texas at my expense. Sucks!
