upgrades to all my systems when needed. As it so happens, I needed to upgrade my old CRT monitors to the new TFT type. I like to be thorough in my search when upgrading hardware. The V193W, in my opinion brought together the three most important things I look for in hardware upgrades: 1. Quality and... 2. Quantity at a... 3. Good Price The monitor has a large enough screen area for desktop applications to operate without the need for much left and right scrolling. It sits on an oval footplate which means it can be used easily where deskspace is at a premium. The On screen menu is easy to use and intuitive allowing you to customise COntrast, Brightness, Clock Speed, Focus, Language, Position, OSD position and a nice touch is that it offers 2 preset "hues" either a cool blue look or a warm yellow.
