Acer AL2416WB ... use these types of monitor all the time witin the industr i work in we use them on our lighting desks and nowadays we are starting to get them on the sound desks aswell, its a good product because no matter how muclight reflects on the screen you can still view the information with ease and without the need for squniting. I also find that the light tha is given off on this current range and series of the product is extremely less. Of course it is extremely good that these types of monitor have now practically replaced the old CRT monitors as the pictures are far greater quality and the mnitors do not overheat or have the old flash repititions as the older ones. Acer AL1912 ... Great, All Buttons still work, well everything still works and the monitor is just over three years old. When I think about this my old monitor only lasted three years and before that it was starting to die so this is well worth it also it uses 4 times less power then my old monitor did. So Overall for £99.99 and still working after three years this Monitor is well worth it and I will use Acer products in the near Future should I ever need to replace this one which could be in the next few years or even the next ten years. It says on the Box when u brought it "Up to Ten Years Life" So Hopefully it still got seven years in it. Well that s all I can say. I... Acer AL2416WB ... have installed five of these monitors over the last 6 months for our CAD designers and so far the feed back from the user has been excellent, the resoloution of this monitor is crystal clear and fit s the bill more ways than one, cost wise the monitor can be purchased direct from Misco at around £250, the after sales service comes direct from ACER UK and I have had the pleasure of dealing with then once, one of the monitors was faulty and had to be returned, no quibble shipped it straight back to them and a new moitor arrived a few days later.
