Advantages: Cheap, decent picture, preset configurations

Disadvantages: Not aesthetically pleasing, there are better monitors out there

For christmas this year, I wanted new monitor (my old one was absoultely terrible with a Max resolution of 1280 x 720), that had decent resolutions (up to 1920x1200), was 24in + was clear and had a good price tag. Well this was the answer to my prayers. Don't get me wrong, this isn't the most amazing monitor on the market, but for value for money; it's great.

As mentioned above, the monitor has a top resolution of 1920 x 1200. This is a very good resolution, and makes pictures and videos look very nice. A 5ms response time on the monitor is not astounding, but works perfectly well for me. The monitor comes with preset configurations; Text, Internet, Game, Movie, Sports and Standard. There are more advanced settings in the menu, and all the usual settings such as horizontal and vertical position.

This monitor casing is not as aesthetically pleasing as a lot of other monitors available. It is quite thick at the back, and isn't as smooth looking as a lot of other monitors available. Another issue is that it does not have a HDMI port. Other than that, I would rate this monitor for its price and features
