My previous monitor died on me and I purchased this monitor hoping to replace my old one. I was impressed the second I unboxed it. You will notice that this 24 inch monitor seems a lot bigger than the dimensions. It is huge! Most monitors on the market are at around 20 inches but this one beats those by 4 inches which makes the difference. The 5ms response time is the fastest response time you will see for monitors so that is a huge plus. The resolution (1920 x 1200) is massive and does take some time getting used to. When you first setup the monitor you will have to play with the settings a bit to adjust the brightness and color to your liking. It took me about a day or so to find the setting combination I liked but since then I haven't messed with the settings. LCD monitors are great for computers so I highly recommend buying this monitor. I was a little put off because it was AOC which to me isn't a well known brand but I am glad I bought from them. Works just as good as a Samsung monitor for 1/2 the price.
