The monitor picture quality is fine but the sound volume is very disappointing and even though speakers are included I found that both PC and monitor had to be at maximum for a just about acceptable sound level providing you are not deaf. I took it back to CCL computers with this complaint but was fobbed off and told to buy speakers if I was not satisifed.
