Advantages: image quality, genuine 180 degrees viewing, price, made in Germany

Disadvantages: there's no driver on the CD - but it's on their website

Belinea must be the best kept secret in the industry. While everyone's buying Samsung, LG, Acer, Videologic etc., this German company (Maxdata) turns out monitors that are usually better and always cheaper.

Like the Belinea 101910 that I've had for 5 years, which was way too cheap compared to the competition but is still immaculate, the new 2080 S2 should be much more expensive. The image quality from the MVA panel at 1600 x 1200 is nothing short of breathtaking, you can view it from almost around the back, there's not a single dead pixel, and it has height adjustment, swivel and rotate.

Summary: sensational - don't be put off by the low price!
