Benq FP557s ... directly and support up to 16.7 million colors. The maximum resolution is 1024x768 with 0.297 pixel pitch. With regards to refresh rate, BenQ FP557s is able to support up to 75Hz from 56Hz frame rate. The display has 12 preset timings to make sure the compatibility with every kind of VGA output.

The LCD Monitor is only about 40% the depth of a regular CRT with the equivalent screen size. It saves you more than two thirds of the desk space needed for a conventional monitor, ideal for environments where space is at a premium.

sorry for the babbling, lets get on... Why you SHOULD buy this monitor..... ? Firstly, its obvious, the size of the monitor. A standard 15 inch monitor, can weigh up to 8 kilograms if not more, can take up a whopping amount of space, and provide a somewhat nasty working environment. By that, I mean that firstly it collects dust, its much noisier with fans for cooling, and more importantly emits a huge amount of heat.
