it s overwhelming. I operate this monitor in a well lit room, yet find myself most of the time using only 50% of brightness. Although the monitor isn t meant to be used for gaming, games such as StarCraft2 or COD: MW2 looks superb, and there isn t any ghosting or trailing on the images. that is probably the wrong thing to do if you are a web or graphics designer and need to reproduce the colours exactly as they should be. The viewing angles on this LCD aren t the best unless you are sitting directly in front of the thing, although this problem plagues most LCD Panels. Overall, this monitor has lasted me quite a while and that is with my young nephew using it as a drawing pad and painting all over it. I bought this monitor to replace a slightly faulty 20.1" Viewsonic TFT. I was pretty happy with my old Viewsonic but in many ways I m glad it failed me because now I have this beauty sitting infront of me. All the specs for this monitor are in the item description so I won t go too deep into them. First thing to say is that this monitor is BIG. 24" widescreen is I think the best size for a multipurpose computer monitor. Any larger and it would start to be a pain to position or move if needed.
