This monitor is 1080p so is perfectly suited for use with a games console that displays HD games in 16:9 so you don;t get any screen strech like with a conventional computer monitor. Overall the quality of the picture it very good it has bright whites and dark blacks with a little back light bleed but isn t too noticable. It has a very quick response time so there is no ghosting just a clear crisp picture. When I opened up the box my first impressions were that this thing was huge, I hadn t quite realised how big a 24 -inch monitor would be up close, so it took a bit of re-shuffling of my desk to get it to fit.
