Working in front of a computer day after day for 7.5 hours of work and another hour of lunch it is important that my company uses good quality monitors to at least try to help to stop the staff from feeling more tired than they need to be and due to this they use HP L1740 monitors (these are currently being replaced with bigger monitors but I have been using this monitor for a couple of years now and still do so have good experience of using it).

The monitor is one that has been developed and put together by HP who have for a long time now been considered as one of the big names in the computer industry so with all their years behind them does this piece of kit manage to stand up well when compared to others in the market place?
The monitor is a smart looking piece of equipment that does not take up too much more space than the actual screen size and manages to have a fairly small amount of depth to the unit making it excellent for offices and personal use alike. The monitor manages to have good colour depth and transitions so you rarely get any problems with pictures as a result of the monitor itself. The monitor gives of a fair amount of heat but not anything like some of the other monitors available.
The monitor is well priced for the quality on offer and lasts well as I have been using one in my work on a daily basis and with a huge amount of colleagues never hear of problems with the monitors.

Well worth a purchase if willing to spend a bit to get quality. A nice and simple monitor that does what it should in an excellent way.
