I decided to bite the bullet and purcahsed it for a respectable £150. The monitor itself was ready to go straight from the box, all i had to do was click the stand in place and away i went. The instructions for both assembly and set up were clear and simple, just what i like!

I originally received a 15 inch monitor with my computer when i bought it all those years ago in 2003. With technology everchanging its difficult to keep up, however luckily monitors dont ever really change 'too' much. They get cheaper and clearer but do not develop anywhere near as fast as the computers to are connected to. My monitor however decided that after being moved from University to home and vice versa many times it would start to play up and change colour randomly. I therefore decided to purchase a new one.
