Advantages: VGA, DVI, HDMI, HDCP, 1920x1080, 3 seperate inputs

Disadvantages: Only cheap on special offer

I have had this monitor for 1 week now. I got it on sale at Play fo about £150. I thought 24" HiDef 1920x1080 monitor with VGA, DVI and HDMI for £150 WOW

This monitor is fantastic, a quick note for any new buyers, if you do not find the option to get 1920x1080 as the resolution, update your graphics driver, and choose for a HD connection rather than trying to find a resolution setting.

This monitor has built in speakers that produce an acceptable basic sound (although not for music or movies)

The monitor has a VGA input, a DVI input and a HDMI input, all three are individuallyselectable meaning you can plug 3 devices in and switch between them at the touch of a button.

The monitor has a 2ms refresh rate meaning this produces a sharp imagine, including movie images as long as it is being overlayed ona 1920x1080 resolution (if you work it at 1280x1024, the video quality looks terrible, but as soon as you flick it up to 1920x1080 the video quality (even a 320x240 mpg file) is excellent.

This montiro wokring at such a high quality gives you an ultimate desktop space to work from, although make sure you get yourself some 1920x1080 wall papers to amke sure you get a nice backdrop.

The monitor does not produce a lot of heat, I have seen LCD's make as much heat as CRT's in the past, this is quite cool.

Now bearing in mind this is a 24" monitor you;d think that would be too much to sit close to or be on a desk, but it is not. It is a perfect size. The width is the same as your keyboard meaning it looks great on a desk. It is not very deep, and of cause only a 5cm radius (approx) stand disk. It is wall mountable if you would prefer.

Naturally this monitor is HDCP compliant so that means you want to use Xbox360, Blueray player etc this will work beautifully with them. I've not got round to this myself, however when i do, if i find it any different I will let you know.

Otherwise so far after 2 weeks of good use, this monitor is awesome. My desktop now has the best value two monitors a 19"crt for watchign movies and this 1920x1080 LCD for work.

If you see this on offer it is well worth buying.

Summary: What an awesome monitor, well worth £150
