for gaming and no blur is detectable when watching video playback. The 22" screen size is fantastic, especially when you are working with documents or large spreadsheets. The LG monitor was easy to assemble from the box and the bundled software makes it a cinch to fine tune as well as the easy to locate and use front panel buttons. The LG L225WS-SF is a 22 inch widescreen TFT flat monitor with standard specs, a decent resolution and contrast nut nothing else that will make it stand out compared to the remaining monitors on the market. When choosing a monitor I was surprised at seeing the variety of monitors from different brands that are out there. I felt a little overwhelmed since I really did not know what to buy. To be quite frank, although I understand concepts such as resolution, contrast, etc, I really cannot differentiate two different monitors that have similar specs. Secondly, I m considering building myself a new PC (or buying one) at the end of the year and in order to spread the cost out a little, I wanted to buy a new monitor now.
