Advantages: Every device could get connected, adjust to the resolution you'd like, RS232
Disadvantages: No TV-tuner integrated
Yesterday I installed this one...
My first impression was the the sober look of this deveice...
On second hand, there are several different ways to connect any device to the screen, what makes it very functional!
One of the best features I discovered about the LCD3210 is the functionality to bring up any resolution you'd like.
Just by adjusting manually the horizontal & vertical resolution, you'll be able to connect any device and show it properly onto the NEC Multisync LCD 3210.
I've tested the device by showing the movie "Gladiator", using a Mac Book Pro 15" (1440 x 900) connected through simple VGA cable...
It also has a RS232 connection, so you can control your NEC with a PC...
The only disadvantage I discovered yet is that this device has no TV-Tuner integrated (actually like lots of LCD-player). But that's easy to modify through a tv-tuner (eventually integrated in a VCR, DVD- player).
Summary: Every device, adjust resolution...
