I mainly use my laptop but I do have a pc also and the best thing about it over my laptop is the bigger screen. The monitor I use is a 19 inch Philips or to give it it`s full title the Philips 190CW7CS. Most of what I do on my laptop I also do on my pc but there are a few things I do on my pc that I do not do on the laptop, the main one would be watching DVD`s and also watching TV through my TV tuner.

This monitor gives really clear and colourful pictures when watching TV or DVD`s and is also very good for gaming although that is something I do a lot less of. On removing this monitor from its packaging on the day of purchase the most surprising thing for me was how durable and sturdy it felt, I had been expecting a very lightweight and somewhat flimsy monitor for the £100 that I paid as there were many more expensive ones out there.

I use this monitor in conjunction with a HI-GRADE computer that has 2GB of ram and a 3.2GHZ dual core processor and I am getting fantastic results and would recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a big but not monstrous monitor that is good for all purposes. It not only performs well but looks fantastic too.
