good monitor, and perfect for everything ranging from spreadsheet work (The 1680x1050 resolution allows you to have several spreadsheets open at once), to high spec gaming. Crysis looks particularly beautiful in high resolution glory. The refresh time (2ms) is very good indeed, one of the lowest around. This means no "ghosting" in games, which is especially beneficial in fast paced games such as racing/first person shooters. I bought this monitor in 2005 when I built my current PC. It s a great bit of kit, quite stylish and plenty of adjustment for your preference. Turn it on, and the picture is crisp with great colour distinction. The menu is easy to navigate and comes with a couple of nice extras to change the colour intensity and default colour settings to make the screen appear warmer (slightly more yellow) or colder (slightly more blue). This comes in quite handy depending on what you re doing, as it takes the edge off some of the bright colours if you set it the warm setting, but makes everything a lot crisper in the cold setting.
