did not think of it". Cool. It seems a computer monitor is a thing that can be easily misplaced. So this is a review of our "spare" monitor Samsung Syncmaster 720N. First thing you notice about this monitor is well the dimension of it, it looks almost square (14.6x7.7x15.2 inch) - if you are used to "normal" monitors you will need some time to get used to the look. I thought it was really ugly to be honest, but as I said you get used to it. I must say that although it is a 17" you do not have the feeling it is. Well at least you save on space. Syncmaster 173P really is exceptionally bright, to the extent that it hurts my eyes. (Truth is, I do have somewhat sensitive eyes & spend a lot of time behind the monitor. But that was precisely why I wanted a LCD display, so that it would be easier on the eyes.) /Okay, I admit my sensitivity to light got worse when using this monitor in a dark room with lights off - I thought it would be more environmentally friendly & also better for the eyes, but it wasn t. So now I make sure to have lights on, & it s a ...
