Samsung Syncmaster 931BW

I purchased my Samsung Syncmaster just over a year ago and it's still going strong. Before that I was using an old CRT monitor which was big and gave off a lot of heat. Being an avid gamer a decent response time was needed and this fitted the bill perfectly having just a 2ms repsonse time. Even though it's a 19 inch monitor it takes up hardly any room on my workstation and looks sweet with it's shiny black finish. I had read reviews of these kind of monitors having noticable dead pixels but I am pleased to say that I don't have any. The monitor also has a 2000:1 contrast ratio which also comes in handy. I wanted a larger monitor for graphic design. So I picked up a Samsung on sale in Staples a couple of years ago. The colours and contrast are very sharp. You get a CD that helps you set it up for best performance. I can see a good quality image from most angles, which i couldn't on my old cathode ray tube monitor. After two years all the pixels are still working and the picture quality is still very good. To be honest i don't know what difference the response time makes - it is probably of more use to gamers.
