I have only just had this about a week after my old faithful extremely large 19" monitor failed on me. We bought our new very sleek flat screen 17" monitor from www.lbcomputers.co.uk - we paid £159.00 for it. It is not the cheapest outlet, but we find them very helpful and they have been maintaining our computers for the last couple of years. They also offer there own guarentee on monitors.
DEAD PIXEL WARRANTY
When you buy a new LCD monitor you stand a good chance of getting one or more dead pixels. These are not only annoying as you eyes naturally focus on them but are not covered by your guarantee.
LB Computers is different, we will replace it no matter how many pixels are damaged, even if just one is. All they ask is that you return the monitor in sellable condition together with all its original packaging material and content within 7 days of purchase.
Included in this price came a 3 years Warranty pick up service - So no extra cost for added warrently. We find this very useful as our monitors usually die within the 3yrs.

How it looks>
Well I have to say if you can get sexy monitors then this monitor is very sexy and sleek.
They come in two colours black or white, this refers to the back panel of the computer,
Ours is black at the back, which is also where the cables fit, the cables fit nicely not sticking out and making a messy appearance. It is nice that they have taken that into consideration in the design.
Front of the monitor has a silver surrounding approx 1/2" around the sides and top and about 1.5" at the bottom of the screen where the two speakers and the buttons are situated.
The buttons comprise of 6 buttons all in black, these are
menu, - , +, Turbo, Auto/Exit and the Power button.
Comparing to other monitors I have had the Videoseven is more vibrant, compact, large screen without the black border commonly found on older monitors. No flickering on the screen.
I would highly recommend this monitor -
It has now been just over 5 mths since I first wrote this review, my monitor is still going strong, no problems with it whatsoever. Would I still reccommend it, yes most definitely, it has been faithful and worked really well and hard, especially as I have been off work the majority of those 5 months with annual leave and then sickness, I have spent everyday using my computer and monitor. So no complaints from me.
Thank you for taking the time to read this review.
