LB Computers is different, we will replace it no matter how many pixels are damaged, even if just one is. All they ask is that you return the monitor in sellable condition together with all its original packaging material and content within 7 days of purchase. Included in this price came a 3 years Warranty pick up service - So no extra cost for added warrently. We find this very useful as our monitors usually die within the 3yrs.
