lump to fit in. So, why does this monitor have such a large feel to it? Well the main reason is that this monitor has huge speakers built in to the panel at the bottom. A lot of people i know are totally against built in speakers, this is usually because of the not so good sound quality you get from them. I found them o.k, but I was using this monitor at work, I never really had the chance to test them out properly by pumping out my my music from them. Watching video clips on youtube and streaming music from various sites the speakers seemed to work fine. I didn t pick up on any vibrations and my desk didn t start to rattle. It is one of the few flat-screen monitors that can reach 1600x1200, without either being massive (with consequent low pixel resolution) or falling in to the widescreen category. For playing older games, a widescreen monitor is just not really suitable, since a lot of these games only support traditional 4:3 resolutions. This monitor ensures that these games still look great. Viewing angles are spectacular - colours are still maintained from any angle, which is essential in a large screen like this - a full screen of solid colour exhibits no shift at all from top to bottom or side to side.
