Viewsonic VP201s ... have had this monitor now for a few years, and have yet to find fault with it. It is one of the few flat-screen monitors that can reach 1600x1200, without either being massive (with consequent low pixel resolution) or falling in to the widescreen category. For playing older games, a widescreen monitor is just not really suitable, since a lot of these games only support traditional 4:3 resolutions. This monitor ensures that these games still look great. Viewing angles are spectacular - colours are still maintained from any angle, which is essential in a large screen like this - a full screen of solid colour exhibits no shift at all from top to bottom or side to side.... The first place i looked was Tescos direct-as i figured with ecoupons ,staff discount and a few other offers being on that i would get a good deal and i think i did. Viewsonic VX1945wm ViewDock ... and it all comes in a very attractive black and silver casing. I am currently using one with my mac mini, this works very well and snycs surprising quickly. But I am not quite sure if it will work as well or as fast with a normal PC. It connects via the standard monitor port on the PC and also uses a usb port, this works well unless you only have a few usb ports. There are two things that the Viewsonic does to utilise the ipod dock.
