Viewsonic VX922 ... Viewsonic VX is looks identical to the previous VX912 and VX924 however this is one fast monitor. Features This monitor features a DVI input which produces a much crisper picture than the equivalent VGA socket. There is a VGA socket for those who have computers without DVI output. The screen is classified as a 19" monitor and has a non-reflective coating which is excellent for office use. The colours produced aren t as vibrant as a glossy finished screen, but the disadvatage of these is that light reflects of them very easily making it very distracting to watch. So this means that for fast moving videos and games little ghosting (if not any) will be seen. Moreover the colours represented are accurate to the original view and are bright and clear. The screen backlighting is even throughout and in the corners too providing an even picture. I do believe Viewsonic have a Class II pixel policy which means that you might get a few dead pixels when you buy it. Fortunatly I have had two and have had no dead pixels so they seem quite realiable. Most other manufacturers offer the smae policy except for the more professional units (more...
