Getting 4 seats together was not the easiest and we were sat in the upper section. The seats were a good size with good leg room, not the best I have ever experienced but not the worst either. Can not complain about the toilets as we were sat at the end of the row pretty much closest to the stairs for the toilet although only having 4 for the upper section did cause a massive queue at the end. The only complaint I would have about this experience was the people who sat in ... more

Josie Long - Trying is Good
A vast improvement over her previous shows, and in the best spirit of the Fringe.
No jokes about cocks or how black people talk differently from white people, if that's your thing.
Mark Watson - Can I briefly talk to you about the point of life?
Energetic performance and professional grasp of structure, even in the preview show. Very funny too.
He's quite popular, so you won't get to see him in one of the more intimate venues.
Touch - Bill Dare
Excellent performances and well crafted plot twists.
Style and realism seem a little confused.
Norman Lovett's Slide Show
An amusing look at preserved moments of history, in Norman Lovett's familiar dead-pan manner.
It's still essentially an old man showing some slides and talking about them.
Richard Herring - Oh f**ck, I'm 40!
Richard Herring's mid-life crisis tows a fine line between despair and entertainment.
Perhaps too intimately revealing for the weak of stomach.

Everything the publicity claims is true.
Self-satisfied desire to remain obscure gets in the way.
BBC Stand up show live!
Late night opportunity and great value for money, particularly in the half-price preview week.
A mixed bag of mostly average, lowest-common-denominator stand-up.
