The waterfront hall is fantastic building close to the river lagan. It overlooks the water and it is all lit up at night. There is also few up market restraunts close by. Very impressive place, the only thing is that it is getting completley surrounded by buildings when it should be sitting on its own. At the moment they are building right in front therefore ruining the view from the front. So wrong! I'm sure the council who own the building could have prevented this happening. My Mother uses a motorised wheelchair and has moved to Belfast recently from The Isle of Wight. One reason was a lack of access in shopping and entertainment there.
