The brewhouse theatre is Taunton's local theatre and first opened in 1977. There is one main audotorium that seats about 350, there is also a gallery which is host to many an exhibition, a studio which is used for workshops and there is also a cafe/bar. The Brewhouse it is situated in the town centre just off from the river and Della's Wharf.
