Advantages: Well known songs and story line

Disadvantages: Not as good as the film

Although this music is good, I will start by saying it definitely does not measure up to the film so don't expect it to or you will be disappointed! The storyline, music and characters are all exactly the same... but it's just not right without Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey! That aside, it's a good fun show to see. The actors capture the characters very well, and classic lines such as "Nobody put's Baby in the corner!" get everyone cheering! It's a great singalong show, as everyone in the audience knows the songs and loves watching them being performed! Some parts of the production were really amazing, such as the beginning where in the film the couples are dancing translates really well to stage and sets the scene perfectly. Overall I think this show is definitely worth seeing, but cannot compare to the iconic film! I would, however, still recommend it!
